Brand Manager

  • Implement marketing strategies & action plans given by brand marketing manager to improve brand’s performance.
  • Coordinate, organize and ensure implementation of the operational in-store action plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of the sales force development program.
  • Optimize service & in-store experience.
  • Reviews marketing related KPIs at the store on regular basis and brainstorm ideas for actions to be taken.
  • Understand local and key international competitors.
  • Understand the different stages and elements in the brand planning process and support the implementation of the plans.
  • Collects shopper observations from the stores to define actions that will attract new customers and old customers more often.
  • Be able to identify ways to change specific shopper behavior and exploit direct marketing techniques in store to drive increased sales.
  • Brainstorming and creating ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating promotional activities and events.
  • Helps with the production and performance of multimedia content.
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy.
  • Monitoring and preparing performance of marketing campaigns and insights for better actions to be taken.

4 to 6 years of experience as Associate Brand Manager, or Assistant Brand Manager.Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practicesBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration from GUC/BUE/AUC.Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
