- Manage the operations of one or more production lines.
- Organize, set up, and optimize production processes, while observing specifications.
- Ensure that all objectives (cost, quality, quantity, and timelines), methods, and means (raw materials, human resources) are achieved.
- Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible.
- Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing equipment is in good working order to make as much product as the marketplace dictates, with as little leftover scrap as possible.
- Follow up, update, and control the recording of the line(s) status and products to the ERP system, and ensure that all processes are correctly reflected on the system.
- Prepare & submit reports to the Production Manager periodically and when needed.
