Business Development Manager

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  •  Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for expansion.
  • Lead and mentor business development team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Use financial data to make informed decisions and optimize business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
     

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience (10+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors. is Must Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial reporting.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in business development tools and CRM software.
