- Prepare bids, quotations and arrange RFP's.
- Prepare tenders / technical submittals as per consultant requirements and specifications.
- Open sales channels with market contractors.
- Support in design / technical follow-up when needed.
- Attend and support the sales team with the customers of the systems supplied.
- Support the sales team with our suppliers.
- Research and develop designs and products.
- Determine the need for training and talent development.
- Hire contractors and build teams.
- Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
- Coordinate work with other managers and staff.
- Experience in systems integration.
