Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical operational support to the Talent Acquisition function by managing the operational side of recruitment workflow for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders.

The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times, and updating key stakeholders as appropriate.

These activities include, but are not limited to the following: interview scheduling, candidate/applicant tracking, drafting contracts and/or offer letters, initiating background checks and partnering with the Pre-boarding team for new hire pre-boarding and paperwork processing.

Tasks:

  • Track and move candidates to the appropriate step/status in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Sources across Globally and work closely with People Team and Talent Acquisition Operations, Total Rewards, Payroll, Immigration and Relocation, as well as other People team members.
  • Maintain the accepted SLAs for interview scheduling and contract issuance, fully own execution against SLAs, and escalate delays as appropriate.
  • Work on high volumes of interview scheduling and contract creation.
  • Be a primary point of contact for administrative questions for candidates and hiring managers. throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Assist in preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks within the recruitment workflow as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Ability to identify solutions independently and proactively
  • Experience from 1-2 years of administrative experience, in a multinational corporate environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Experience in TA / Recruitment coordination is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent in Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage.
