JD:

Develop and Implement QA Processes:

• Design and implement quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications.
• Ensure that manufacturing, development, or service delivery processes adhere to quality requirements.

Testing and Inspection:

• Conduct testing on products/services at various stages of development or production.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Identify and document defects or issues and report them to relevant teams.

Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:

• Analyze defects and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with development or production teams to address and resolve defects.
• Implement corrective actions and process improvements to prevent recurrence of issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of testing processes, defects, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver QA status reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Document procedures and results to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning, and code reviews to provide QA input.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, quality methodologies, and regulatory standards.
• Propose and implement improvements to QA processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
