Learning and Development Senior Specialist

•Participate in the monthly mandatory training plan.

•Organize participant lists based on the required training slots for internal/external workshops.

•Send detailed formal invitations to individual participants before the scheduled date, adhering to the monthly departmental operation on the 25th of each month.

•Communicate effectively with participants to provide pre-training information and post-training follow-ups.

•Communicate training schedules, updates, and other relevant information to all stakeholders.

•Handle and Executes the Mandatory Training Plan, providing periodic progress reports as agreed upon.

•Attend and manage all running trainings and provide a post insights report after each training program, includes attendances, pre & post exams, evaluations and media.

•Manages and request stationaries inventory and printings for the planned trainings and learning events.

•Provide a quarterly list of potential professional trainers to L&D management for demo interviews to select the best candidates.

•Prepare necessary documents and reports for GCI, GAHAR, or any other accreditation requirements.

•Manages the entire process of the e-learning and online platforms and internal LMSs and provide periodic reports along with the actions taken to to ensure correct and effective implementation.

•Organize and manage the shared folder or drive for archiving all L&D work.

•Submit daily work tracker sheets for L&D specialists and coordinators.

•Communicates and coordinates for in-house or external training venues required for all workshops

•Identify areas for improvement in training processes and contribute to the development of innovative and effective learning solutions


Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•Proven experience in coordinating and administering training programs.•Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.•TOT certificate holders are preferredSkills and Competencies:•Basic knowledge of Healthcare industry•Good knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation•Strong knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools•Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques•MS Office & Google suite proficiency•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
