The Senior PHP Laravel Developer is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of web development projects, from concept and design right through to testing and support. This role involves writing clean and efficient code, designing database architectures, and leading junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:

• Handle assigned tasks in web development projects and write programming code to meet specific requirements.
• Design and develop robust databases and database structures.
• Test developed projects to identify and resolve technical issues before final submission.
• Develop and deploy new features to improve project functionalities and related procedures.

Code and Design:

• Write “clean”, well-designed code and produce detailed software specifications.
• Follow industry best practices in software design and development.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure optimization and functionality.

Project Management and Leadership:

• Review and analyze project requirements and design documents to provide accurate time estimates and task lists.
• Supervise and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Manage project tasks and ensure timely reporting of task statuses and time utilization.
• If needed, take on project management responsibilities to ensure project deadlines are met.

Continuous Improvement:

• Support and enhance existing systems to meet business needs continuously.
• Research new technologies and methodologies to improve the development process and end product.
