Construction Manager

1. Review the approved schedule from the owner's representative in the project to develop an actual detailed program for all operational work on site, taking into account all risks (irregular labor – lack of availability of materials-the occurrence of any problems that hinder or delay implementation) to ensure the completion of the execution of works according to the approved schedule.
2. Develop a plan for the needs of the staff and execution (engineers and supervisors-subcontractors) and approve it from the project manager and coordinate with the contracting Department to provide the required subcontractors
3. Develop a plan for raw materials and equipment and coordinate with the Technical Office for the approval of materials from the project consultant and coordinate with the equipment management and procurement department to provide the required on time.
4. Work out the site preparation plan, approve it from the project manager and consultant, and implement it.
5. Participate in the application of the Occupational Safety and security plan and the quality plan of the project.
6. Follow up on the progress of finishing the executive drawings with the technical office to ensure the progress of the project implementation according to the approved schedule.
7. Follow up the process of approving materials with the Technical Office of the consultant to ensure the availability of materials on time required to ensure the progress of project implementation according to the approved schedule.
8. Participate with the quality department in the production and approval of the method of implementing the items (method Statement) from the consultant to ensure the implementation of the items in the correct way according to the quality standards of the project.
9. Develop a plan and distribute tasks for the implementation engineers and the site survey department in accordance with the actual detailed schedule agreed upon and follow up on the progress of work implementation in the project with periodic meetings (daily – weekly) with the implementation staff.
10. Develop solutions for any risks/problems that affect the completion time of tasks, which in turn affect the project completion time according to the schedule, with escalation to the project manager when needed.
 


Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Arch Engineering.12-15 years of experience in the same position.Construction background for residential projects is a must.Strong skills in (Budgeting, Planning, Contracts, and Supply chain)Experience as a CM for at least 3 years is a Must.PMP Certificate is a plus
