Administrative Coordinator

  • List and review all company policies, monitor the implementation of all policies issued by the management, and notify management personnel of the new policies .
  • Preparing the required reports accurately and on time.
  • Recording the activity of all technicians working in the Administrative Affairs Department, recording their performance rate, and making an annual evaluation for them based on the performance indicator of the Administrative Affairs Coordinator .

+ 4 years of Work experience as an Admin Officer, or  Administrative Assistant or similar role.Experience with office management tools (MS Office software)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication skillsFluency level of english is MUST
