Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist for one of our clients in the pharma and beauty field. The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions, including HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in HR and HR management
Expertise in developing HR policies
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
