Architectural Design Manager

Role Objectives:

 As an Architectural Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process of a project, from pre-concept to detailed design. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and obtaining necessary approvals. The Project Development Manager will also work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Tenant Coordination teams to ensure the project aligns with overall business objectives and meets the needs of all parties involved. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

● Lead and manage the design process, including appointing and directing Project Managers, Project Engineers, and consultants. 

● Ensure the comprehensive design of all project components through collaboration with relevant stakeholders. 

● Coordinate and obtain requirements from various parties, ensuring timely communication of project information and materials. 

● Advise on the general project layout, design, and construction approach. 

● Provide necessary documents for obtaining statutory approvals. 

● Prepare or oversee the preparation of design briefs, user requirement studies, technical aspects, site conditions, and planning documents. 

● Evaluate and recommend design approaches based on the gathered information. 

● Obtain approvals from stakeholders at different design stages. 

● Confirm cost and program compliance with the current design. 

● Work with the operations team to develop operational and maintenance strategies. 

● Provide marketing and branding teams with project information for developing and implementing their strategies. 

● Collaborate with the Tenant Coordination team to prepare project handbooks, design manuals, and fit-out guides. 

● Report on project development progress and monitor unit performance against the vision and KPIs.


● Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience. ● Computer skills AutoCAD, Photoshop, excel, and PowerPoint are a must, 3DMAX is preferred. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques. ● Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team. ● Strict adherence to deadlines.
