Job Description Personnel Specialist
•Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order
to ensure accurate database.
•Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and
developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
•Administer placement procedures by issuing employment contracts for newly hired according to Labor Law
and existing salary scale to guarantee both employee and company rights..
•Renew of medical exemption & pay to Health insurance authority.
•Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
•Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities, this includes
Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
•Handle employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and
preparing Form 1,2 and 6.
•Assist in keeping employees / company informed of all changes in personnel policies and problems and
proposing solution to any complain if received.
•Education: Related, and HR Diploma is preferable.•Experience: 2:5 years, and preferably previous experience in Industrial field.•Proficient in using Microsoft office(word, excel, PowerPoint, etc..) , good communication, and PresentationSkills.•Excellent communication and people skills.•Reporting Skills. Knowledge:•The knowledge of Labor Law no 12 for 2003.•Dealing with governmental sectors.•Social Insurance Procedures.•Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel10th of Ramadan city residents, or nearby places.
