- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit software.
- Generate shop/design drawings details and/or calculation notes.
- Study and collect all related data of the assigned tasks.
- Estimate tasks time schedules..
- Perform required modifications.
- Attend project/team meetings and prepare required data reports.
- Follow the project’s documentation filing system instructions.
- Coordinate with other project team members to understand the project requirement
- Ensure that the structure complies with the standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Provide support during the construction phase by reviewing shop drawings and addressing any model-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on software advancements and best practices related to BIM modeling.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software is a must.Strong understanding of Structure componentsExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a plus.Certification in Autodesk Revit or related software is desirable.Good command of English
