Project Manager (Facility management)

Develops a comprehensive plan for the management, operation, maintenance and resources of the facility to ensure compliance with sound technical standards for operation.

Plans and schedules projects related to the facility such as renovations, construction or maintenance.

Technically discusses and reviews contracts with contractors and suppliers and supervises their proper implementation in accordance with the concluded contracts.

Prepares the facility budget and follows up on spending and costs to take the necessary measures in the event of any deviations.

Coordinates with the relevant departments regarding the management of the paid services process to improve the level of services provided and achieve the highest possible profit.

Ensures that buildings and equipment are maintained periodically to prevent problems and maintain their full functional performance.

Supervises engineers and technicians to solve problems related to the facility and avoid their recurrence again.

Remains informed of the latest technologies related to facility management and their implementation in the facility.

Develops and manages safety plans for the facility.

Develops training plans on safety procedures for employees, tenants and customers and supervises their implementation.

Cooperates with other departments within the company to ensure the achievement of common goals.
Prepares the required reports and submits them on time to senior management.
Monitors project progress, evaluates performance and quality, and takes necessary measures to address any deviations.

Uses the necessary data to analyze and evaluate the facility's performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement and development and identifies potential risks while developing strategies to deal with them.

Coordinates with the Human Resources Department his needs for the human element in the Maintenance Department so that he can maintain the technical efficiency of the building.


 Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.PMP is preferredCertified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalentExperience planning and maintaining facility budgetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional leadership experienceContract handling experienceStrong attention to detail
