• Responsible for implementing and recording the results of the first sample tests and periodic samples in the department according to the quality control plan, in accordance with the test instructions and acceptance and rejection criteria for the product using the department's measuring tools or theoretical examination.
• Responsible for following up on the stability of the products in the department and informing the quality supervisor in the shift in the event of product non-conformity.
• Responsible for writing a non-conformity report for the product in the event of non-conformity cases being discovered, including (product name and code - non-conforming quantity - report date - customer - description of the non-conformity case - root cause of the non-conformity case - suggestion of corrective action)
• Responsible for participating and leading the work team from other departments (production - maintenance) to determine the root cause of non-conformity cases and suggest the appropriate solution and present it to his superiors.
• Responsible for maintaining the measuring tools in the department and not neglecting them.
