- Demonstrating technical leadership with OpenText’s Content Server software, specifically focusing on Content Server xECM platform, Community, Information & Security (CIS) Modeling, Records Management, Workflow and Reporting.
- Understanding and translating customer business requirements into a solution design and/or a strategic deployment roadmap that best utilizes OpenText product functionality.
- Participating in presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations to a mixed audience of technical, business, and management staff
- Acting as technical lead and domain expert during the project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design through development, integration, deployment, testing and customer orientation
- Building applications and/or deploying software solutions for customers.
- Developing well-structured and well-documented code.
- Contributing to project documentation, including, but not limited to requirements document; technical design; test plans; and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Effectively communicating through excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrating strong customer facing skills by building and maintaining positive customer relationships and translating them into long term benefits for both companies.
- Participating on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preparing, maintaining, and submitting weekly activity/progress reports and time recording reports in accordance with published procedures.
- Mentoring junior consultants on solutions, technology, and delivery of OpenText projects.
- Working closely with the Professional Services Sales Team on new opportunities by helping to scope projects, create effort estimates and respond to RFPs.
The candidate should a good professional experience in implementing medium to complex ECM solutions.Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / equivalent or relevant work experience.Competency with OpenText Content Server, OpenText Records Management, OpenText Connected Workspaces, OpenText Workflow and OpenText Web Reports.Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.Highly professional team player with the ability to work independently, while being part of a dynamic team.A working knowledge of one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers & Clients, Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft business applications (including O365), Networking, and Databases.Proficiency in one or more languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Angular, React, REST, Spring Boot, Shell Scripting, HTML5, XML, JSP, Python, ABAP.Experience with cloud technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud providers such as AWS, GCP and Azure, is an advantage.Travel is a requirement of this position.At least 5 years of experience in the same field
