We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage and oversee import and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, coordinating with customs, carriers, and vendors to ensure the timely arrival of goods. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring shipment processes and coordinating with customs, carriers, and vendors.
- Applying for ACID and demonstrating existing experience with Nafza.
- Utilizing ERP systems for managing logistics operations.
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting import and export documentation.
- Responding to internal customer inquiries related to import and export activities.
- Collaborating with vendors and carriers to secure competitive pricing and services.
- Reviewing invoices and updating logistics costs in the system and on logistics worksheets.
Excellent English proficiency (writing, listening, and speaking) at minimum B2 level. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in import and export operations.Proven experience with export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination.Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software.
