You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our expanding business needs. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
-Developing and execute innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing
-Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills.
-Conducting HR interviews to assess candidates' basic capabilities, problem-solving skills, and domain expertise.
-Evaluating candidates' soft skills, addressing their ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the team dynamics.
-Tracking performance for the newly hired in their probation period.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2:4 years of Proven work experience in Recruitment or similar roles.- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail. - Proficient in using recruitment tools, platforms, and social media for talent sourcing.- Advanced English (written and oral).
