- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments or functions.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' documents.
- Assist in the hiring process and termination process and ensuring all employment requirements are met. “filling stage”
- Follow up with new employees about their hiring documents and provide us with monthly report about the missing hiring document to take the necessary actions
- Responsible for the administrative work in the office.
- Responsible for adding the new staff to the system and issuing the users immediately, adding all filling on the system and complete the missing data on the system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plusProven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)Experience with HR databases and HRIS systemsDealing before with governmental office ex: social insurance office and labour office.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skills
