- Manage maintenance operations for all production machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical & electrical issues promptly to minimize production interruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with production goals and schedules.
- Work closely with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management, in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance and repair of European-made industrial equipment, including knowledge of specific brands and technologies.Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma & statistical analysis.Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, EMA).Ability to manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
