Responsibilities
1.Greet guests as they arrive.
2.Answer phone calls and emails from clients.
3.Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers.
4.File important documents and keep them well organized.
5.Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
6.Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
7.Supervising the cleaning and buffet.
8.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
9.Keep updated records and files.
10.Monitor office expenses and costs.


Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative AssistantFamiliarity with office organization and optimization techniquesHigh degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntegrity and professionalismProficiency in MS OfficeHigh school diploma
