Proven experience as a Technical Lead, or in a similar senior technical leadership role within a fast-paced, innovative startup or tech company.Extensive experience in managing and scaling technology teams, with a strong understanding of modern software development practices, systems architecture, and infrastructure management.Strong expertise in product development, with a track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric products that align with business goals.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide clear direction to the team.Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and technical project management.A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
