Job Responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for the import order of home appliances, tracking progress, ensuring the delivery of goods, and timely sorting and archiving customs clearance data;
2. Product HS classification and declaration element analysis, filing, database management, communication with customs and other relevant government departments, and maintaining good relations;
3. Internal cross-departmental coordination within the company and coordination and communication with external related companies; provide feasibility plans and risk avoidance tips for import and export related projects of sales/orders/R&D and other related departments;
4. Train and promote import and export policies and processes for other internal departments and external related personnel;
5. Import and export related supplier management and performance appraisal scoring, import and export declaration, transportation related expenses bill verification, sorting and payment application;
8. Analyze and control import and export related expenses, have the awareness of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and regularly output data analysis reports - other work arranged by superiors;
Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above, 4-6 years of customs experience, 3C, semiconductor, home appliance industry experience is preferred;2. Understand the internal business process and decision-making mechanism of the customs, strive for favorable policies and apply them;3. Optimistic, stress-resistant, good adaptability, communication skills and English expression skills, strong stress resistance; those who can speak Chinese are preferred;4. Proficient in office skills PPT, Word & Excel;
