Brief Job Description
Recording the Accounting transactions, handling taxation and analysis .
Detailed responsibilities
- Record daily transactions on the oodo system
- Uploading the monthly VAT tax return
- Reconciling sales & AR accounts daily
- Controlling warehouses and the costing process. Highlighting variances (hours & Materials)
- Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports
- Budget control and reporting monthly variances
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree in Finance /Accounting / related field (preferably English section commerce /GUC)
4-6 years of experience in the Accounting (preferably manufacturing)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PPT skills is a plus)
Good English language
Costing Experience (Preferably)
Strong analytical approach, tactical awareness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
A strong analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software
Oodo experience is highly preferable
