Mention Agency is seeking to hire a professional "Creative Strategist" by the following criteria:
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop innovative and effective marketing strategies based on research and analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Present creative strategies to clients effectively communicating the value and potential impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies with Clients objectives.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital PR, social media, media buyer, and artteam.
- Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies if needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Submit regular and periodic reports that provide all the campaigns aspects.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the line Manager.
Professional / Academic requirements:.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative or strategic role within an advertising agency,
- Professional diploma or certificate in Marketing is a plus.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using creative and analytical tools (Google Analytics).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-dynamic environment.
