B2B Sales Manager

#Hiringimmediately B2B Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the furniture industry and a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management.

Main Task:

•Create and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. 

•Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations

•Develop and manage relationships with key B2B clients, including corporate accounts, interior designers, and real estate developers.

•Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking and industry events.

•Oversee the end-to-end management of B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

•Address client needs, resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.

•Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and product offerings.

•Work closely with the marketing, product and customer service teams to align B2B strategies with overall business goals and ensure a seamless client experience.

•Organizing sales call schedule & outside technical visits to potential clients.

•Monitor and report on B2B sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

•Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the furniture industry.


Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

•Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the e-commerce or furniture industry.

•Strong understanding of the furniture market and experience working with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.

•Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage complex negotiations, and close high-value deals.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.

•Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant sales tools.

Work Location: Maadi.

Salary: Negotiable.
