Job Description

Supervising Field Teams: Leading and managing field work teams, ensuring that tasks are executed according to specified standards.
Implementing Operational Plans: Applying strategic plans and daily operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluating the daily performance of operations and providing periodic reports to management on achievements and challenges.
Improving Processes: Analyzing current processes and researching ways to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Training and Coaching: Training new employees and providing ongoing support to the team to improve their skills and competencies.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Communicating with Other Departments: Coordinating with various departments such as Human Resources, Maintenance, and Marketing to ensure the achievement of common goals.
