ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and development team to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Break down business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of user stories and their technical implementation.
• process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Education :bachelor’s degree of computer science or any related filed.
• 4-7 years experience in analytics and systems analysis .
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with requirements documentation (i.e. UML, Sequence Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, High Level Design, etc.).
• Experience on agile methodology including creating user stories and managing the back log.
• Proficient in Agile tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Experience in business processing re-engineering and business process improvement.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Prior experience in the banking and fintech industry
