Fleet Support


• Prepare, undertake and execute an overall plan to maintain the quality of the Distribution & Fleet performance
• Prepares the distribution plan in proportion to the company's policy
• Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
• Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft

Recruitment support

-Design and update job descriptions
-Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, for various positions across the company.

-Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
-Screen incoming resumes and application forms

-Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Human Resources Support:
 -Assist in building a talented and driven team by supporting the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
-Oversee and streamline the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and are set up for success.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
-Assist in managing payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
-Facilitate internal communications and support team-building activities that foster collaboration and innovation.

-Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.


Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any related field Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.Males onlySolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ODOO userTeam management skills.Familiarity with HR processes, office management procedures, and software (Microsoft Office, HR tools). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive mindset.Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are neededGood problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
