Public Relations Manager

JOB OUTLINE:

The Group PR Manager is responsible for developing and executing public relations strategies to enhance the company’s brand reputation within the B2B industry. This role also oversees corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the company's values and objectives, while maintaining positive relationships with media and industry stakeholders.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and brand image.
  • Monitor media outlets and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive PR campaigns.
  • Handle crisis management and ensure timely responses to media inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive press coverage.
  • Oversee the production of PR materials, including brochures, videos, and online content.
  • Manage CSR initiatives, including sustainability and philanthropic programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Measure PR campaign effectiveness through KPIs such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, and ROI


PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in public relations, especially within the B2B sector.
  • Strong media relations and crisis management skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Leadership and team collaboration abilities, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
