Responsibilities

Create / update financial feasibility studies for new and running projects, calculating the main financial KPIs (NPV, IRR, PBP, GPM, Funding Gap, etc.)
Implement sensitivity analysis and “what if scenarios” for financial modeling to analyze different values of a set of independent variables affect the projects’ financial performance.
Prepare and operational and financial budgets to achieve the strategic plans.
Prepare financial statement and financial reports, highlighting potential risks.
Analyze financial data, study business trends, and make forecasts.
Cash In & Out management creating cash flow budgets and strategy to forecast the future needs to improve the cash cycle.
