Legal Affairs

• Reviews & designs the policies & procedures of the organization to ensure the full alignment with the local law & regulations.
• Reviews the existing legal cases of the organization and work upon resolving them.
• Provides legal advice to the management.
• Revises legal cases and do the essential paperwork.
• Handling and reviewing company legal activities including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents, and various regulations
• Manage corporate legal matters, including forming, maintaining, and dissolving entities and legal contracts, and resolving disputes
• Evaluate and manage risk presented by new contracts
• Perform or oversee negotiations and drafting of contracts
 


3+ Years of experience in corporate law &  compliance role.Bachelor Degree in Law with a valid license to practice lawExcellent negotiation and communications skillsFamiliarity with Food retail industry regulations and policies governing information provisionDemonstrated professional and ethical behavior.Strong strategic and analytical skills in various legal areas
