Customer Care Specialist

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and service requests through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to higher levels when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in coordinating with the factory, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers after service interactions to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Process service requests and coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduling.
  • Update and manage customer accounts in the CRM system, ensuring all data is current.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the management team for continuous improvement
