- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, for both blue-collar (e.g., operators, technicians, etc.) and white-collar (e.g., managers, engineers, etc.) roles.
- Sourcing & Screening: Use a variety of recruitment channels (job boards, social media, agencies, referrals) to source qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and participate in interviews, collaborating with department managers to evaluate candidates.
- Job Descriptions & Postings: Create engaging job ads and post them across multiple platforms.
- Onboarding: Assist in the development and execution of onboarding plans for new hires.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract potential candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes align with legal requirements and internal policies.
