1. Cloud Environment Management:

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions across multiple cloud platforms including Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Huawei Cloud.
• Develop and implement cloud migration strategies and manage the transition of applications and services to the cloud.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

1. Office 365 Administration:

• Administer and support Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 services and ensure integration with on-premises environments.

1. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM):

• Manage and maintain SCCM for patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
• Oversee SCOM for monitoring and managing the health of IT infrastructure, ensuring timely alerts and resolution of issues.

1. Virtualization Technologies:

• Implement and manage VMware environments including vCenter and ESXi servers.
• Ensure efficient use of virtualization resources and support virtual machine provisioning, management, and optimization.

1. Exchange Server Management:

• Administer on-premises Exchange environments, ensuring reliable and efficient email services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange server issues and manage mailbox migrations and backups.

1. Backup Solutions and Data Loss Prevention (DLP):

• Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and recovery.
• Utilize DLP strategies to protect sensitive information and prevent data breaches.

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on infrastructure performance, incidents, and project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management and consulting.
• Extensive experience with cloud environments including Azure, GCP, and Huawei Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects and Office 365 administration.
• Solid expertise in SCCM and SCOM for system management and monitoring.
• Proficiency in VMware vCenter and ESXi for virtualization management.
• Experience with on-premises Exchange Server management.
• Knowledge of data loss prevention (DLP) practices and backup solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
