Talent 360 is hiring one of our clients in the Interior Design Technical engineer lead:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of design and implementation.
- Oversee the integration of engineering solutions within design projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, technical standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to manage the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Identify and implement new technologies and engineering practices to enhance design functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough reviews and inspections to ensure that engineering work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to design specifications.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues that arise during design and construction, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and technical drawings.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of projects by providing technical insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience in technical engineering, with a proven track record of leadership in the interior design or construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in technical software (e.g., CAD, Revit, BIM).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, design integration, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer) are advantageous.
