As the CRM Admin, you will be responsible for managing the CRM system effectively to enhance customer relationships, streamline operations, and support business growth.
In this role, you will:
System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system;
- Ensure CRM data integrity, including data entry, cleansing, and quality control;
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions;
- Implement CRM updates, upgrades, and enhancements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries to provide insights into sales and customer data;
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
User Support and Training:
- Provide support to CRM users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise;
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on CRM functionality and best practices.
Process Improvement:
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows;
- Implement automation and integration with other systems to enhance efficiency.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies;
- Maintain system security and implement measures to protect sensitive customer data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of configuring, customizing, and optimizing the CRM software to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.);
- Understanding of integrating CRM with other business applications using APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Skills in data entry, cleaning, migration, and integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Meticulous in managing data, configuring the system, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks;
- Pays close attention to the smallest details to avoid errors and maintain data integrity;
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and updates in CRM systems.
