Training Coordinator

  • Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations (Offline or online)
    Design and prepare all training materials.
  • Manage and maintain physical training facilities and equipment
    Research, study and maintain new training methods.
  • Prepares informative course evaluation template for each and every course
    Prepares the certificates for all the training courses
  • plan, create and implement each year's training courses catalog
  • Prepare contract form for all types of instructors (Freelance, part-time or full-time)
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings
  • Collects regular feedback from the sales and CS department to solve any problem regarding training quality.
  • Prepares proposals and tenders’ documents
  • Prepares and evaluates instructors’ database for both online and offline courses
     

3+ years of experience in training institute as training coordinator is a must.Meets deadlines.Excellent in writing the proposals both Technical and commercial.communication and negotiation skillsPossesses good problem solving/analysis skillsHighly organized.Excellent in English
