- Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations (Offline or online)
Design and prepare all training materials. - Manage and maintain physical training facilities and equipment
Research, study and maintain new training methods. - Prepares informative course evaluation template for each and every course
Prepares the certificates for all the training courses - plan, create and implement each year's training courses catalog
- Prepare contract form for all types of instructors (Freelance, part-time or full-time)
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings
- Collects regular feedback from the sales and CS department to solve any problem regarding training quality.
- Prepares proposals and tenders’ documents
- Prepares and evaluates instructors’ database for both online and offline courses
3+ years of experience in training institute as training coordinator is a must.Meets deadlines.Excellent in writing the proposals both Technical and commercial.communication and negotiation skillsPossesses good problem solving/analysis skillsHighly organized.Excellent in English
