1) in coordination with tendering team receive and revise project cost estimation to make sure that project budget is well performed.
2) Responsible for controlling and monitoring project total expenditure to ensure all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
3) Review and analyze all projects direct costs posted in coordination with projects and financial teams
4) Report and control projects cost variance and provide support needed to site team in this regard
5) Initiate, revise, and validate subcontractors and vendors interim payments after completing all needed checks. 
6) Provide Quantity estimates for progress payment and update final quantity estimates based upon actual progress data.
7) Provide all needed guidance regarding project cash flow planning to maintain a balanced project cash flow.
8) Coordinate with the project management team to resolve project cost issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
9) Prepare detailed cost reports and financial summaries to present to project managers and senior management.
10) Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review periodically to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
11) Attend project meetings and discussions with the operations team and external clients.
12) Continually assess and improve cost control methods, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of cost management.
