Job Vacancy: Client Relationship Executive
Position Overview: We are looking for a Client relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within the POSM and advertising industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of orders..
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
The ideal applicant should be already based in Cairo holding a driving license and speaks perfect English and Arabic.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.-Previous experience in advertising and marketing agencies.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and account management.- Strong understanding of production processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
