Promoters are responsible for the demonstration of the products they offer, highlighting its features and responding to the customers' inquiries and concerns.
- Present, promote Bosch products/services using solid arguments to retailers and workshops.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Recording Market data collection/surveys and automotive products mapping.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Capture market potential and track Bosch sales.
- Awareness of market trends/changes and new competition.
- Fill in reports that outline customers’ interest levels, questions asked, number of products/samples/literature sold and/or distributed at various events.
- Fill in the market analysis report for each territory (by parts & by vehicle).
- Assist in marketing activities (Roadshows & Street Marketing), as well as joining in various events for product endorsements.
Requirements and skillsEducation : Graduated from mechanical vocational school or mechanical industrial school or bachelor’s degreeSoft Skills:Good negotiation and communication skills.Time management and organized.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Hard Skills:Good knowledge of MS Office & power Point may be needed.
