This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Sales Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Electrical Sales Manager will be responsible for
- Leading a team of sales Engineers and representatives for achieving sales targets through implementing effective sales strategies
- Developing new business relations, and identifying growth opportunities in the electrical products market.
- Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Define customer needs and requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Proven Experience in the field of selling electrical Products (LV & MV Panels,....)Have strong pipeline with major clients10 - 15 years of Experience in sales of electrical products, equipment. (at least of 5 years' in managerial level)Strong understanding of the electrical products market and industry trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead and develop sales teamsProven ability to establish and strengthen business relations with customersAbility to work under pressure and meet sales quotasProficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareFluency in English.
