#Responsibility
- Follow up and being up to date with all new events, new materials and new technology, keeping abreast of key technical developments and innovations within the industry and encouraging team members to do the same. To share experience and improve the team performance.
- Put and monitor weekly schedule for technical team, the schedule should be considered the overall projects timeline. Work with the team members to make sure that all tasks are done on time with high quality.
- Carrying out the quarterly evaluation reviews, training needs assessments and year-end competency evaluation reviews for all team members.
- Arrange weekly visit for each on-going project, to observe and solve problems in the right time.
- Create All Necessary Schedules and tables that required completing the Work as Well as Possible.
- Liaison with project managers, other departments, consultants and client technical staff, attending weekly and monthly meeting on behalf of the technical staff. Being available to discuss and resolve technical issues with others as necessary.
- Record and maintain minutes of design review meeting including topics discussed, action assigned responsibilities, and time scale for completion
- Update the enquiry in engineering schedule plan.
- Review minutes of design reviews to ensure timely and effective of assigned action within time scales.
- Create sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel.
- Being responsible for the quality of the internal procedures and how it is being done according to company policies and guidebook instructions.
- Being responsible for the whole department outputs, such as: (Design shop-drawings - BOM and its updates - BOQ and its updates - Fabrication drawings/orders - Installation drawings and its approvals)
#Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in arts /architecture engineering.
- A minimum of 3 year’s experiences in a similar role (Aluminum System).
- Must have experience in Aluminum and glass system (Facade - Window - Door)
- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and popular design software (AutoCAD).
