- Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring these meetings are productive and stay within the allocated time.
- Act as a coach for the development team, helping them adhere to Scrum principles by removing any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized by helping the team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items.
- Discuss potential projects and their parameters with the development team and the product owners to put a realistic action plan.
- Follow up the bugs resolving processes according to the sprint time to ensure that it is resolved according to the timeframe.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure that the team is on track to meet sprint goals by tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvement to stakeholders.
- Lead retrospectives and help the team implement changes based on feedback by staying updated with industry best practices and new trends in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate between scrum team and ERP team to make sure all requirements from scrum team side will be met by ERP team.
- Report weekly products’ status and challenges to direct manager.
- Follow-up on major features status with product owner and business user.
- Ensure that the team is adequately trained to understand agile processes, the team members know their specific roles and are dedicated to the project to guarantee the agile environment and project’s.
- Be focal point and build a communication channels between the development team and the product owners and create environment of agility and learning to build a productive environment.
