Job Description

Independently scope flexible technical solutions and anticipate technical uncertainties.
Responsible for making sure that the software code is correct, well-architected, secure, and maintainable.
Lead code review and team design sessions.
Create unit tests for the written code and carry out regression testing for new releases.
Liason with UX, QE and DevOps engineering team to ensure a quality product is delivered to customers.

Certificates & Skills Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 2 years of related
experience
Proficient in Java
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Working knowledge of Agile software development frameworks like SCRUM
Working Knowledge of GitHub or other repositories

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with: GraphQL, YAML, Gatsby, Redux, Node.js, REST API, UX, UI, Responsive Web Design, Working with JSON data structures.
Possess a sense of ownership and professional pride
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well in a distributed/remote team environment
Drive to be a self-starter and promote change when necessary
