Job Description :

Commissioning and startup of pumps, motors, sensors, control panels, VFDs, soft starters, etc.

Troubleshooting + hands-on repair of same a/m products with the assistance of service technician

Proactive maintenance visits and condition monitoring (vibration, thermal imaging, etc.).

Site inspection and root cause analysis for failures and warranty judgement.

Perform Laser alignment for horizontal, vertical pumps and other turbomachines.

Perform Ultrasonic flowrate measurement on all types of piping.

Pump performance testing and characteristic curve validation comparing site results to pump datasheet.

Attendance at the workshop to supervise TurboServe repairs/rewinding of motors whenever needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.

Good command of English language.

Driving license and car availability for business use.

Field service/troubleshooting experience.

Good communication skills and Ability to deal with customers

Execute Energy Audits properly onsite using TurboServe Energy Audit Kit.

Handle customers calls and complaints related to field service whenever needed.

Prepare all types of reports after jobs completion and send to customers.

Supervise the existing technician and guide him in all work aspects.

Build a service team within 1~2 years
