Performance Analyst

The Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to branch and loan officer performance across various product lines (MF, CF, SME, vehicles, Savings, Card, Dayra). This role involves supporting the design of performance dashboards, evaluating incentive schemes, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Data Collection & Analysis:




  • Gather performance-related data from various internal systems (CRM, BI tools).




  • Analyze loan officer and branch performance metrics, including issuance, collection, cross-selling, and product penetration.




  • Identify trends and patterns in performance data to support decision-making.




  1. Reporting & Dashboards:




  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards for real-time visibility.




  • Present insights and findings to the Business Performance Manager and other stakeholders.




  • Prepare detailed performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.




  1. Incentive Scheme Monitoring:




  • Assist in the design and analysis of incentive schemes for loan officers and branches.




  • Track the effectiveness of incentive programs, suggesting adjustments to optimize results.




  1. Collaboration:




  • Work closely with the Business Performance Manager and cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Product) to ensure alignment of performance initiatives.




  • Support loan officer development initiatives by providing insights from performance data.



Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Power BI, Looker, or similar tools for reporting and dashboard creation.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL to query and manage performance data.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking loan officer activities.

  • Experience with workflow automation tools and process improvement.

  • 2+ years of experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
