Job Purpose :

will oversee design management, site supervision, and contract management for projects, with experience in responding to RFPs. This role requires expertise in all phases of the architectural process, from concept through to construction completion, ensuring accurate implementation of designs, adherence to specifications, and compliance with contractual terms while maintaining quality and budget.

Job Description:

· Preparing projects’ RFPs, development and marketing briefs for new projects/phases and the list of suggested designers, consultants, contractors, …etc. as per the required scope of services.

 · Comparing the received technical and financial offers then setting out the assessment plan and the scoring criteria.

 · Conducting design market studies/scans and comparing them with current projects’ designs. · Coordination with internal stakeholders such as design, procurement, project control, legal, finance and site teams.

 · Lead the management of all external stakeholders (designers, visualizers, consultants, …etc.) to prepare full new projects/phases and follow up on the development of work and progress.

 · Participating in setting the development budget. 

· Ensuring the alignment with the development plan, timeline, budget, project’s look and feel and proposing corrective actions otherwise.

 · Design Review for the received packages and approval in accordance with project/business needs. · Assist in issuing buildings’ permits and ministerial decree. 

· Responsible for the launch materials that include: Drawings, masterplan, rendered shots, walk-through videos, reviewing brochures, …etc.

 · Lead the Preparation of marketing materials and presentations.

 · Working closely with the design team on solving the design issues and queries that arose during project’s progress. 

· Studying clients’ modifications and circulating them to the concerned parties to give the proper decision.

 · Following up site’s progress to ensure that the delivery dates plan will be achieved. · Participating in the creation and development of QMS checklists (ID, LS, Project Data, …etc.).
