As the Financial Manager, you will act as the delegated authority from the General Manager for all finance-related matters. You will report directly to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company.
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage cash flows effectively.
- Attend managerial meetings and implement finance-related decisions.
- Review and analyze periodic finance reports.
- Organize tasks between finance sections and ensure efficient department operation.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and banks.
- Evaluate and mentor finance department staff.
- Sign off on payments after Project Manager’s approval.
- Oversee operational financial requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: Several years of experience in accounting, finance, and personnel management (experience in an accounting firm is an asset).Strong human resource management skills.Excellent planning and organizational abilities.Initiative and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication abilities.Advanced MS Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.Excellent analytical skills and business insight.
